Empower Your Pre-Teen with Our Youth Improv Course!
Looking for a fun and engaging way to help your child develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills? Our Youth Improv Course for ages 10-13 is the perfect opportunity! This eight-week program introduces the basics of improv in a fun, supportive environment while also teaching skills that will help your child in school, relationships, and social settings. No previous improv or acting experience is required—just bring a sense of adventure and a willingness to learn!
Why Improv? Here’s What Your Child Will Learn:
- Active Listening: Improv helps kids develop active listening skills, crucial for building strong relationships at school, home, and beyond.
- Body Language: Children learn to use body language effectively, enhancing their ability to communicate non-verbally and express themselves openly.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication is a cornerstone of improv, helping kids learn to express their ideas and feelings confidently, even in front of a crowd.
- Collaboration & Team Building: Improv is all about working together to create something amazing. Kids learn to lead, support, and collaborate effectively within a group.
Course Details:
- Duration: 8 weeks, with a class performance following the final session
- Age Group: This class is designed for students aged 10-13 years old
- Class Length: 1.5 hours per session

- Week 1: 10/27/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Week 2: 11/03/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Week 3: 11/10/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Week 4: 11/17/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Week 5: 11/24/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Week 6: 12/01/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Week 7: 12/08/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Week 8: 12/15/24, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Class Performance: 12/15/24, Time TBA. The class will have the chance to showcase what they’ve learned in a fun, final performance!
