Triple Threat Improv Night – This Friday at The Bit Theater

Join us this Friday at 8 PM at The Bit Theater for a hilarious night of improv with Triple Threat Improv Night! We’ve got an incredible lineup featuring three fantastic improv troupes: Moxie, Picture-Perfect, and Alvy, plus a stand-up comedian to kick off the night with laughs.

The bar opens at 7 PM, so come early, grab a drink, and get ready for an evening filled with spontaneous comedy, quick wit, and unpredictable fun. Whether you’re an improv fan or new to the scene, Triple Threat promises a memorable night at Aurora’s premier comedy venue.

Featured Improv Groups:

• Moxie: This all-female troupe brings book clubs to a whole new level, taking the familiar idea of discussing a common book and pushing it to its comedic extreme. Moxie delivers high-energy performances that blend relatable scenarios with outrageous twists, making for an unforgettable show.

• Picture-Perfect: Inspired by audience-suggested photos, Picture-Perfect crafts quick-witted and creatively constructed scenes that are different every time. Their shows are a mix of storytelling and sharp improvisation that always leave the audience laughing.

• Alvy: Alvy specializes in narrative improv, building a full story from a single audience suggestion. Their long-form performances are reminiscent of classic narrative films like A Christmas Story, Forrest Gump, and The Princess Bride. Each show creates a rich, humorous storyline that feels like a live, unscripted movie unfolding before your eyes.

• Unless otherwise indicated in the show description, doors and bar open one hour prior to showtime for most shows. Out of respect for other show guests, please arrive at the theater no later than 15 minutes prior to showtime. The doors may be closed to late arrivals.
• Online ticket sales close ~60 minutes prior to the start of the show. After that time, tickets can be purchased at the box office, if available. Ticket purchases are final.
• Your tickets are general admission, and we seat on a first-come, first-seated basis. Don't hesitate to contact us for reservations, particularly if you have a larger group.

• There may be an additional charge at the door for some performances, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets online.
• No drink minimums!
• The Bit is an 18+ club, although younger, accompanied guests are welcome. Though we generally hover around a PG-13 rating, please be advised that most of our content is improvised and set your expectations accordingly. We do have family-friendly options, as well!
